The business predominately specialises in the design and specification of mechanical and electrical building services, however, also offers various other services such as feasibility studies, advice with regards to sustainability and renewable technologies, capacity analysis/design/application with regards to utilities, surveying and reporting (i.e. condition, acquisition, dilapidation, budget costing, etc.), and Client/site monitoring.

The practice has also been appointed to undertake the role of Technical Advisor on some particularly high-profile projects, typically involving the inspection and analysis of existing system installations, ascertaining any perceived system deficiencies, and assisting in the resolution of same.
